Your biometric photo for passport must be taken within the last 6 months prior to applying.

The photo must be 2x2 inches in size, with a white background.

The photo resolution must be no less than 300 dpi (better 600 dpi).

You should be facing forward and all your features should be fully visible.

Headgear is permitted only for religious purposes and when not covering the face.

18- Proof of your Contract * Upload a letter containing information about an employment contract with a business in Liberia and must be signed by a representative of the company.

My passport will be valid for at least six months from the return date of my trip to Liberia and will have at least one blank page.

Terms and Conditions for Liberia Visa Application

1. General Provisions

1.2. Eligibility

The visa application is open to individuals who meet the specified requirements and provide all necessary documentation.

1.3. Compliance with Laws

All applicants must comply with Liberian immigration laws and regulations.

2. Application Process

2.1. Application Form

Applicants must complete the official visa application form accurately and truthfully.

2.2. Documentation

Applicants are required to submit valid supporting documents, including but not limited to:

A valid passport with at least six months' validity beyond the intended stay.
Recent passport-sized photographs.
Proof of travel itinerary.
Proof of sufficient financial means.
Invitation letter or proof of accommodation (if applicable).

2.3. Application Fee

A non-refundable visa application fee must be paid at the time of submission. The fee amount may vary based on the type of visa and the applicant's nationality.

2.4. Submission

Applications can be submitted online or at designated Liberian embassies or consulates.

2.5. Processing Time

The processing time for visa applications may vary. Applicants are advised to apply well in advance of their intended travel date.

3. Decision and Issuance

3.1. Assessment

Applications will be assessed by Liberian immigration authorities. Additional documentation or information may be requested.

3.2. Approval and Refusal

The decision to approve or refuse a visa application is at the sole discretion of the Liberian immigration authorities. Reasons for refusal may not be disclosed.

3.3. Visa Issuance

Approved visas will be affixed to the applicant’s passport. The visa holder must verify all details upon receipt.

4. Conditions of Visa

4.1. Validity

The visa is valid only for the specified period and for the purposes indicated.

4.2. Entry and Stay

The visa does not guarantee entry into Liberia. Entry is subject to approval by immigration officers at the point of entry.

4.3. Extension

Visa extensions may be granted under certain conditions. Applications for extension must be submitted before the current visa expires.

4.4. Compliance

Visa holders must comply with all Liberian laws during their stay. Engaging in unauthorized activities, such as employment without proper authorization, is prohibited.

5. Obligations of the Applicant

5.1. Accuracy of Information

Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in visa denial or revocation.

5.2. Notification of Changes

Applicants must notify the immigration authorities of any changes to their circumstances that may affect their visa status.

5.3. Health Requirements

Applicants must meet health requirements as stipulated by Liberian authorities. This may include vaccinations and health screenings.
